First, create your 1receipt account by entering only your name and email. Next, check your email for the link to save 1receipt to either Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.

What is rShield®?
rShield® is an exclusive feature for 1receipt users that provides an extra layer of privacy by masking your personal email address when shopping. It generates a unique, secure 1receipt's email (eg. 3ynd@rshield.au) for you to use with retailers, ensuring your primary inbox remains private and protected from unwanted marketing or data tracking.
To use rShield®, simply provide your unique rShield® ID to a retailer instead of your personal email address during checkout; any digital receipts or essential communications will be securely routed through 1receipt while keeping your identity shielded.

Do I have to share my email or phone number when using 1receipt at a participating store?
Not at all! The great thing about 1receipt® is that you can get all your receipts without sharing any personal information with the store. All you have to do is scan your app and you’re done!
Will a retailers’ data ever be shared with competitors?
No. Information which can be identified to a specific retailer will not be shared with other retailers. All insights are subject to strict commercial confidentiality standards to prevent other parties from inferring information about another retailer.
What stores is 1receipt available at?
1receipt® is currently only available in Australia. We will be launching in other countries soon.
Can I still get my receipt via 1receipt if I'm paying by cash?
Yes! Shoppers can easily receive their receipts by scanning an exclusive barcode on their app at checkout, regardless of the payment method.
