How it works for your staff:
Check that your Pyramid scanner is lit up. If it isn't responding, verify the USB connection to the Clover Hub or the Station Duo’s secondary display port. To confirm, open the 1receipt POS Manager and check the dashboard: the "Pyramid connection" status should show "'Connected".
If the scanner is unable to read the barcode, you can manually issue the digital receipt by typing the shopper's 8-digit barcode directly into the text input field within the "ViewFinder" page of the app.
Yes. You can keep your Clover printer as a backup, but 1receipt allows you to default to digital-only to save on thermal paper costs
